I would like the Hungarian Culture & Heritage Society to claim Gift Aid on my donations or membership payments made in the current, future, and past four years.

Important information:

This costs you nothing — the government adds 25% to the amount you specify, so the charity receives more, but you only pay what you have pledged.
Gift Aid applies only to the amount currently given, even if you have already claimed Gift Aid with another organisation.
Gift Aid is valid only on individual (£15/year) membership fee.

I acknowledge that:

• I pay UK Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the amount claimed by the charity through Gift Aid.
• If I pay less tax than the amount claimed, I am responsible for paying the difference.
• I will inform the charity if there is any change in my tax status or address.
